Our Team

Michael Venegas graduated from the Western Institute of Neuromuscular Therapy in 2004. He received his Physical Therapist Assistant license in 2007 from Cerritos College in Cerritos, California. He currently works at Los Alamitos Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapy, in Los Alamitos, California, and has been a mainstay at the clinic for 18 years. He has experience working with athletes at various levels including high school, college and professional.

As a Massage Therapist, Mike is an essential part of our Train 2 Shape Program where he incorporates a variety of manual techniques which include Therapeutic, Orthopedic and Sports Massage as well as Trigger Point Therapy. Outside of the clinic, Michael has volunteered his massage services at the events such as the LA Marathon and the Multiple Sclerosis Ride.
