Our Team

Ben Butts is co-owner of Los Alamitos Orthopedic & Sports Physical Therapy. Ben earned his bachelor’s degree in kinesiology with a concentration in exercise science from California State University, Long Beach and his doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Southern California. He was one of the first graduates of the University’s Sports Residency Program. During the residency program, he served as the team physical therapist for the L.A. Sparks and West L.A. Junior College.

He has served in regional director and director roles in past physical therapy roles. A board-certified orthopedic and sports specialist, Ben has lectured at California State University, Long Beach. Ben has worked with patients referred from the top orthopaedic surgeons in Los Angeles and Orange County including: Beach Orthopedic Specialty Institute, Memorial Orthopaedic Surgiacl Group, Cedars’ Sinai Kerlan-Jobe Institute, OSI, Marina Spine Center, USC, UCLA, SCOI, and many more.
